Following receipt of my second pair of Orthotics from Footlabs Ltd, I thought I would write to give you an update on the improvements to my general health and my golf that I have enjoyed since being fitted for and taking delivery of my golf shoe insoles. In the weeks and months before being fitted by yourselves I was suffering with severe pain in my right knee. The pain was so bad that I was referred to a specialist for an MRI scan which showed early signs of wear & tear. The problem was being compounded by my footwear and the amount of golf I play (3 or 4 rounds a week).

I decided to explore the range of Orthotics offered by your Company and now I have the correct fit for both my golf shoes and my day to day shoes (as advised by your Orthotist), I am largely pain free in the knees, which is a remarkable turn-around from where I was only 4 or 5 weeks ago. Furthermore, my golf appears to be on the up as well. Whilst I play off a handicap of 1 at Ganton Golf Club, I rarely play below that handicap, however, the very first time I wore the in-soles in a competition, I knocked it round in 2 under par over 36 holes and won (amongst other things) a Bushnell Laser Rangefinder and a 4 day trip to Portugal in October this year courtesy of Volvo UK! Even better, after 2 rounds of golf I had no pain in either knee – fantastic! I would definitely recommend your Company for anyone looking for a professional service, especially if they play golf or any other sport where the feet are so critical to performing well. Thank you once again for all your help and advice, and for the follow up calls you have made to ensure that I’m happy with my new insoles – you can take it from this letter, I am.

Hi Jim just to give you an update.The orthotics are working great and I am now able to do in excess of 18 per day without pain. The beauty of that is that I have been able to concentrate on playing golf which inevitably has improved my game and resulted in a couple of competition wins which has been great. As you said they were unusual at first but now it seems strange when I wear other footwear. Just a quick question do you do these in other than blue? Regards Simon.
