Footlabs Orthotics Ltd will always use the most appropriate delivery method available to get our products to the customer as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held accountable for failures of delivery or delays due to the delivery company.
Trade Description Act
Footlabs Orthotics Ltd reserves the right to change the products, descriptions & pricing periodically without prior notice to our customers. However any changes in price may be due to increases in our supplier prices to us.
We will always inform in writing of any changes.
Health & Safety
If prescribed correctly and used for the sole purpose for which they were designed, these said devices should not cause further injury. Footlabs Orthotics Ltd cannot be held accountable if problems arise due to faulty materials supplied to us as the manufacturer. In the instance of the prescribing practitioner making an error in the prescription, Footlabs Orthotics cannot be held responsible for any resulting injury during the use of the devices.
Positive casts are stored at the Workshop for three months after we receive them, they are then scanned into the CAD system and destroyed due to storage restrictions. If you would like us to retain the casts please inform Footlabs Orthotics directly.
All Scans will be kept on file for a period of five years before being deleted.
Footlabs Orthotics shall not be held liable for replacement of any device due to damage or loss caused by abnormal orthotic use or damage caused by Pets. Footlabs Orthotics Ltd cannot be liable for any devices which are stolen.
ONLINE CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Footlabs orthotics provide custom confort insoles solely for the individual casted. They are manufactured as cast and are set in a neutral position. General public products are designed and manufactured as a comfort product. They are not in any way provided as a medical or correctional device. Footlabs will only manufacture Bio Correctional products with the official prescription of a qualified medical professional.
